We got back a week or so ago from the 10 day trip that included good weather, beaches, beer, shady ladies, Rick Flair, good friends, police with guns pointed at us and some really good bike riding. You can check some of the photos out HERE. I'm sorry but these are the ones that i can post. Most other had to be destryed! Also the trip was sponsored by go211.com and they sent a filmer with us (Brett Rohlfing) on most of the trip to film the BMX end of the madness. Odyssey Vid and Contest at TRP...
Friday April 18th at 11pm the new Odyssey vid will be shown at TRP. $5 to watch the vid and ride the park till 2am.
also at TRP is a BMX contest May 10th, beginner and intermediate, 20 dollars, advanced 40 dollars
king of park, rhythm, and best trick doors open at 9am, contest starts promptly at noon.
get there and have fun for both events or we'll pants ya. in other TRP new someone stole Suchan's bike from the park. WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD STEAL A BIKE FROM THE OWNER OF THEIR LOCAL PARK???? if you have any info on who dun it or where to get his bike back let me know (flip@albes.com)

after listening to me bitch about what seems like never ending cold weather and how Flip was having all the fun in Florida the fantastic folks down at the legendary UGP surprised me with an all expenses paid trip to the Orlando area to preview their upcoming back-to-school line, show me around the warehouse, introduce me to the behind the scenes crew and fill me to the brim with a booze fueled shmoozing...and shmooze they did.
Daniel's purple bike is missing....

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to let everyone know that some stole my purple bike (the bike i rode all last year).
I've been living at Woodward for 4 years now and i always left everything in the common area in Bud's barn, i always went on trips and left stuff there and never nothing disappeared except for this time.
I came back from the Albe's trip on monday and i notice my purple bike wasn't where I left it, at first i thought someone was playing a joke on me and hid the bike somewhere so i didn't even ask and i went riding thinking I'll just figure who took my bike later, well i couple hours later another Bud's barn guest came up looking for his bike, so i searched every single place and asked everyone at camp about our bikes finding out no one has hid our bikes and they have been stolen!!
It really bums me out to know someone would steal the bikes from us, my purple bike was very especial to me and i wanted to keep it as one of my precious things but thanks to someone with sticky hands that won't be possible anymore.
The ironic part is that i never got robbed in Venezuela where crime is a big deal and i got robbed at Woodward where people comes to have fun.
If anyone knows anything please let me know.
