Any company that thinks they know exactly what their customers want is a company that is run by arrogant dumb-asses. While we have no problem admitting that we can occasionally be those dumb-asses we are not arrogant enough to think we have all the answers, so here’s you chance to give us some help. It’s a real simple question but you can make your answer as brief or complex as you want and don’t hold back, we can take a little constructive criticism:
If you were in charge of Albe’s what would you do different?...and don’t just say, “give me free stuff” or “lower all your prices” or "send me beer", we can’t stay open that way and if we went out of business you would be very sad, admit it......or maybe you love us the way we are? You can tell us that, too.
